1. Use of Our Site
You agree to use our site only for legal purposes. You won’t try to interfere with the site, misuse content, or attempt to access anything you’re not authorized to access.

2. Products and Orders
Most items are made to order. Colors, textures, and materials may vary slightly. Once an order is placed, it begins production right away. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if needed, such as for suspected fraud or incorrect information.

3. Pricing and Payments
Prices are listed in USD. We may update prices at any time. Payments must be completed at checkout before production begins.

4. Shipping
We ship only within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays. Once an item is shipped, delivery is in the hands of the carrier.

5. Returns and Cancellations
We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged, contact us within 7 days so we can fix the issue. Cancellations aren’t available once production has started.

6. Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, and content on this site belong to EverStar LaserWorks. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our work without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect or accidental damages that may arise from using our products or site. Our liability is limited to the cost of the item you purchased.

8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted here.
